PATHETIC SERVICE

Service is pathetic, communication is poor, staff are not helpful, packages are not delivered on time and as promised. I would not recommend the company. Very disappointing and unprofessional My ordered has been dispatched at 08:15 and I have not received until now (18:32), I was unsuccessful in tracking it. All the staff that took my call for tracking said they could not help me because they were at home, but they were contacted during office hours. I have read reviews on the company and this is an ongoing problem that everyone experiences and some do not receive their parcels at all.
