Not delivering to certain places

I ordered a parcel last time,I tracked it until Cape town which is 70 km from where I live.It was there for about 2 weeks.At last they phoned to say I must meet them in Villiersdorp which is 15 km from me.Now also I have been waiting for my order for more than a week.It shows enroute with courier but does not say where the parcel is.I am very disappointed
