Non delivery of parcels to Cape Town

We booked a collection from Churchill JHB form our printer in Randburg yesterday 11 Feruary 2016. This was followed up with an email from Maria form ADD+ to Kim from cc to supplier and colleagues of our company. All parties received the email but Churchill is claiming they did not receive our email and were over worked. We then followed up and arranged the following morning an EXPRESS collection and premium fee of R850 for saml parcel for same day delivery. The call was made between 08h15 and 08h30 in the morning for delivery in Cape Town at 14h00. The driver from Churchill only collected the parcel at 12h15 resulting in our delivery only being delivery late in the day after the deadline for the campaign was past. WE also just two day before this requested a parcel of 4mm rails to be delivered and were told they cannot deliver such long parcel that dont trucks that long. Which not not true as they delivery rails for us before. We started using Churchills 3 year ago due to the excellent service, but that sadly is no longer the case they let us down several time in 2015. This will be the last time we will be make use of the services
