Lost Parcel

I made an order with sytlephase whilst still in Bhisho police academy due to be delivered by Churchill’s . Up to now I have never received my order and they have never responded to my queries I emailed to them . According to Stylephase the parcel was delivered but the dates they put are after I had made an enquiry coz when tracking it kept giving the same location for quite sometime only when I enquired it changed and said delivered but nothing came my way. Up to now since September they haven’t said nothing
