Just Shocking

I will never use this company again, I needed urgent documents to get to Pretoria from Durban the next day before 1pm, so I did the overnight delivery which said it would be delivered before 11am the next day. Well when I phoned the people needing the documents they said they only came after 1pm so the gate was already locked. Absolutely unacceptable!
