incompetence at it best

So one of my suppliers couriered my goods through this churchills company and paid for an over night delivery. The goods were supposed to be delivered on Monday and I never received them. The next day which is Tuesday I was on the phone the entire day wanting my goods to be delivered. I mean you failed to deliver on time and now the next day you still fail to prioritize on goods that are over due,,, I must call you, beg your driver??? pray that you render a service that has been paid for??

Your incompetence driver just delivered my goods my @ 2:30 wow, your company is the most incompetence courier company with no sense of urgency! I will never recommend any of my suppliers to use your services.
