Don't deal with this bunch

I was sending a A$ letter with documents to the UK to be picked up and pay cash I was to only fill in the address I had in hand label printed copies in hand. The Courier transprt guy was in such a rush he indicated he would fill in the Waybill no receipt no Waybill number had to on 3 attempts finally get a number. On checking tracking no update after assuming package left SA. Once again had to beg for proof finally managed to have that. Only to find that the header address had been altered from Pension to Prison. I don't find this funny and whoever did this as a joke or whatever needs a good discipline sanction put on record. Given the cost of this transaction I honestly could not recommend his Company for one Poor professionalism contacting and standards.
