Damaged package

I arranged a package to be picked up with gifts for my Granddaughters via The Courier Company. Churchills International picked the package up and the whole package was damaged, even the bag with fabric on the inside was torn open. The toys looks like someone drove over it or something and the box and the waybill was marked fragile. They promised to give feedback, but 2 days later i had to contact them once again just for them to pass the buck to the original company again. I am still in the dark with no results what so ever.,
