Churchills - dreadfull courier service

On the 30th November I received a message that my good would be delivered in 1 to 3 working days, that did not happen. I phoned churchills on Friday 4th at about ten to seven in the morning and Charity assured me that my parcel would be delivered on that day, i phoned again sometime after lunch and spoke to Crystel who informed me that my parcel would not be delivered on Friday but on Monday. I spoke to Charity, Crystel and tried to speak to \Trashni"who just kept on putting me on hold. i was told my parcel would be delivered early this morning. Guess what"
