Churches of Africa funeral services

I have been paying my subscription to this service provider since September of 2021.i have a funeral policy for my parents. My mum passed on in May of 2024, a few weeks ago, I was unaware that the policy had lapsed, I was continuing to pay the policy up until the month ending of April 2024 and was informed that the policy was active as I had paid the arrears. On contacting the agent I was told the policy had lapsed, thus being on the intention of processing a claim I was not contacted nor given a plausible explanation as to why I was not informed, Churches of Africa has their mission statement as, Ministry of Caring, that is a joke, they where cold and totatally unwilling to assist, they did offer me a discount to complete the funeral. I have since not heard from them pending my father's policy which they in fact say is now lapsed, I will have to pay a restart fee and have a waiting period. I am disgusted by their response. I have since come to learn that they have treated several people in this way, a history of not paying out on their policies Truly disappointed, by a company that uses a faith based approach in their marketing and sales, a Pastor as my contact agent, he has disappeared and is always busy, when I try to contact him...
