Bad attitude and 1 hour 30 minutes wait

I am very sad,I'm writing this with a heavy heart ...I waited for an hour in the ques as we all know that at shoprite there's always long ques...when I get to the till the till was not operating ,it got stuck mind due I was the 2nd on the que,so since I forgot my card I wanted to do withdraw cash send bcoz I had no cash with me...the treatment I received from the store controller who was assisting the cashier with a stucked que..I asked her that since I was waiting there for the whole hour can't she atleast asked the cashier next to the que that I was waiting at to assist me...she rolled her eyes for me and left me standing there like a fool,I went to thinking that maybe she didn't hear me she just said to me go join the que,the cashier with a stucked till asked her colleague to assist me since I was waiting there 4 quiet a while...the lady as no! Yoh ga yo Ema line...her name is Matlhatsi and the controller her name is. Ambrosia...the kind cassia is Lutricia...
