Chung Nam Chinese Restaurant & Sushi Bar , Waterglen shopping centre

I am a regular at Chung Nam Chinese Restaurant & Sushi Barb, located at Waterkloof Glen shopping centre in Pretoria . I normally buy sushi there over weekends and by now the staff recognise me. Today I went there to buy two sushi platter specials . Just before paying I asked if I me and my spouse can have our meals in the restaurant (which was completely empty , with about 8 open tables) . The lady who normally process payments at the till looked me in the eyes and literally just said “no”. When I asked why , she rep**** that customers are not allowed to have meals sold as “specials” in the store. As a loyal customer I found this extremely insulting as all of the tables were empty and even though I bought a special , I should still be seen as someone with value who keeps the restaurants doors open as I regularly spend money there.

After this incident I will never ever support this restaurant again , and want to urge others to do the same, as this restaurant does not respect or value their customers.
