No accountability or responsibility for damage caused.

There are companies that deserve our support and respect, and then there are companies that DON’T. Chumile Shuttles and Tours is a company that does not deserve our support and this is why. On the 20 of March 2025 one of their Shuttles drove past my parked bakkie tacking the mirror clean off and causing around R17000.00 damages to the vehicle. This should have been a simple case of we damaged your vehicle, we are sorry and we will have our insurance sort it out… but not Chumile Shuttles and Tours. Instead of trying to rectify the situation, they decided to give me the run around and then the silent treatment. My insurance Brokers said they would handle the issue on my behalf and they were given the run around too, eventually referred the issue back to me as they had been ignored. Companies like Chumile Shuttles and Tours that run from their responsibility for damages they cause do not deserve our support. If they run from their responsibilities with a smallish claim like this, I wonder how they would react if the damage was more severe or if someone got injured or killed by one of their vehicles. If you feel as strongly as I do about companies being responsible for the damage they have caused, then you will agree that Chumile Shuttles and Tours do not deserve your support.
