Why do you call yourself legal while you can't practice it.

Hello,people of South Africa, In 2008/2007 I had a car accident and I my mom and stepfather went to Chueu Chuene Attorneys Lephalale to claim my Raf and ever since 2008/2007they never gotten back to us and in 2018/19 I gave myself a chance to go to the Road accident fund and investigate cause I was suffering with my spinal cord, and when I got there, the lady told me that my RAF money was paid out and I was given a Link number and she said I should call the attorneys and ask them what happened.... So I called them and the lady from the receptionist answered the phone and I started asking her... And she did put me on hold till I hanged up my call and the following week she asked if she could talk to my mom and she asked for her ID number and contact number And she hanged up her call, and I called them again, I told her that can she give me my File so I could go to other lawyers but still she hanged up.... So even today they never given themselves time to contact me or anything.
