ZERO SERVICE

I have been complaining about the installation of the alarm system in my house and the response is none. The last time i called more than once is on Friday (06 Nov 20). Every time I called Alicia told me that no one is available to assist me but they will get back to me and I am still waiting. Before this system was installed my gate system was perfectly fine but after the installation the gate keeps on opening and closing itself. Now when we go away we don't activate the alarm as we will be called every three minutes. I have paid for this system but i must say the service received I will rate a zero because it is none existence. This is so disappointing because when I moved from ADT I was thinking that I have made the right decision but now I regret.
