You Suck
We had an emergency at our home and in our yard at 3am Sunday morning. We send a signal to Chubb letting them know that we have an emergency. It took them 20-25 minute to get to us, and when we phoned to ask them if they are aware of the fact that our lives are in danger here and their response is \ WE HAVE LOTS OF OTHER CALLS TO ATTEND TO"that is not our problem. """
