Chubb debited my account with R750.12 for fixing my alarm system after lightning damage occur. I pay monthly fee for lightning cover. I did mention the technician Thabo many times when he came over to work on the system. Still Chubb did not even bother to look at the Job Card. I've been calling now for three weeks and still nobody that can help me with my account query. PLEASE HELP ME, as I'm paying you (Chubb) good money monthly!
