Worst service ever - National Security

Its the worst security company you can sign up with. You make an enquiry and then sales cannot stop hounding you for business. You contact them for boards that needed to be put up and the sales consultant will read and listen to the messages and not even have the courtesy to answer. After 4 weeks and a lot of phone calls and threats boards were finally put up outside my place. Then comes the debit order, they scheduled the debit order and tripled the amount. When phoning accounts I was told moneys will be paid to me when they do a payment run again. They deduct money's incorrectly and I have to wait for them to reimburse me. We are looking to go back to our previous service provider as National is of no use, no service and pathetic!!! I will continue to warn people about the USELESS STAFF AND SERVICE
