Worst service ever!!!

The worst service ever. I regret ever signing up with this compay. I have been trying to change my banking details for the last 3 day. They keep on transferring my call. I eventually got through to a lady called Agnes who seemed like she was on the road. She then asked that I email her, which I did. And guess what, her email bounced back. I wonder if they want business at all. MXM. Anyone else Thinking of getting an alarm, DONT GO TO NATIONAL SECURITY AND FIRE.
