Worst Service Ever

On Saturday at 17h24 I received a call from Chubb saying my alarm went off at home - I told them we are not at home they must send someone out to investigate- At 17h44 I received another call saying that the alarm are still going off - I told them they were supposed to send someone out already and that I told them we are not close to home, and that they must call me as soon as someone gets to the house.At 20h24 i received a call from them saying that their armed response could not find anything wrong. That is 3 hours later!! When we got home I saw the note that was left in my door - armed response was there at 20h20 - I was so upset and told them I want a manager or regional manager to phone me - Chubb is not even visible in my area and I told them so - when do they patrol my area. why am I paying for a service that I do not get - Chubb please contact me as I can really spend that monthly fees on ADT - - yes ADT is far better I shouldn't have changed over to Chubb I thought I'd score a few rands by changing to the cheaper armed response - no thank you Chubb - and by the looks of all the other complains my case is deffinatly not a once off case - you are just bad.
