Worst service and customer service

Worst service ever by national security, our alarm has been faulty for almost 4 weeks now, still getting atleast 7 phones calls a day for false panic alarm, and every phone call we are advised that a technician will come out to our house or will contact us and we're still waiting. It's like noone communicate with each other at this place, within 10mins after receiving a call about a panic alarm call from them some new call us up about a panic alarm after being told they putting a note on the account to ignore panic alarm but no we're still at square one, worst service ever and still waiting
