Worst Service
<p>Good day I just want to complain about the response from Chubb Security my alarm triggered at 04H45, I received a call from chubb within seconds and I than requested for armed response. </p> <p>At 05H00 I than phoned back to hear how far the response team were and were told they on their way they had other alarms as well</p> <p> </p> <p>At 06H00 when I left my house leaving my family alone not knowing if its safe I saw a piece of paper in my gate stating they were hear at 05H40 almost a hour later </p> <p> </p> <p>Now my question is what can happen within a hour if there is really an emergency? ? ? Every month we need to pay our account but the team who responded almost a hour later didn't even had the decency to phone and say they at my property so I can let them in and have a look throughout the property </p> <p> </p> <p>If it was the first time this happened than I wouldnt have been as angry as I am but it'salways the same thing where they respond when they feel they want to</p> <p> </p> <p>I pray nothing happens to my family because if something should God know I will take Chubb to court... I wish you they were also as slow to deduct our monies at the end of the month</p> <p> </p>
