Worst customer service

My alarm went off at 21.36pm and CHUBB monitoring only called me not even responded but called me at 1.25am in the morning. I phoned the control room this morning to query this and they advised it was due to the loadshedding not in my area but in JHB West and JHB South. If there is loadshedding in other parts of JHB does this mean the telephones in the CHUBB control room do not work? <br> <br> This is really unacceptable behaiviour.
