Worst accounts department ever

<p>I tried installing a Chubb alarm about 5 years ago. The lady said they will fit in the week after, so I gave her a post dated check. The next day they tried banking the check and it was return seeing that it was post dated. Phoned them, they appologised, but never came out to install their antenna to my already exsisting system. 3 Months later Chubb tried to put a debit order through, which I then reversed, called them and asked how they can do that seeing that they never installed. 1 month later they tried again with a different amount, which I reversed again and after phoning them was promised it will be rectified. 6 months later they phoned to say that they want to come remove THEIR system, [which was never installed]!!!!! Now 5 years later I have been handed over to debt collection services NUDEBT seeing that I apparently owe them R684 for something that was never installed! Please be aware of CHUBB.........</p>
