WORSE WORSE WORSE: National Security & Fire is the worse

Do not use them for any security-related issues. Their alarm panel malfunction and their batteries don't last. I have been trying to get assistance from a technician about the keypad light always been for over 2 weeks now. I have had their alarm system since June 2022 and now we are in December 2022, and I am not happy with their service at all. I am being sent from pillar to post.

On 07 December my alarm went off after 06:00 am and I was not at home. I did not get any notification on my phone that my alarm is *******, my Neighbour is the one who called to inform me that my alarm is on. The app didn't give me an indication that my alarm is trigged. I called them several times and I was being sent from pillar to post yet again. And imagine that time I am not at home. Only after more than 5 call to them did one lady sent a response car to my house.

Ohh and about the response vehicle; those are worse. We don't see their visibility in our community. You can literally wait for over30 minutes for one to arrive at your house (That time ******* will be gone with your things... Trash I tell you!!

Anyway, getting back to the keypad: My keypad light has been on for over 2 weeks now, and that keypad is my bedroom. I have been calling to get assistance, and TODAY again I am being passed around. I have called about 4 times now. The last guy WAYNE said he is transferring me to SIBIZELE ohhh, and guess what? The phone rang for a few minutes and then they cut me off. That time I am using my airtime to call them. And still today, no technician is in sight.

I am not the only person who has been complaining about National's services. Our community group is full of people who have been complaining.

I will stop their debit orders, because WOW..... I can't live like this.

Watch out, they will bind you to a 2-year contract, and sell you all the sweet things and roses..... IT'S A TRAP. They don't deliver at all. They will tell you, you're getting a new keypad, a new battery, and the works, but nope NONE of those.
