Worse Security

Good day

this is by far the worst security company i have liaised with ever. there are many factors contributing to my complaint namely: 1. Irregular billing and still awaiting credit from January 2018 (the is not the first time, twice in 2017). • No vehicles seen paroling in our area, since i moved in December 2016- just 2 vehicles have driven in my area (Plumstead) when my alarm went off. • No statements & communication from Head office ever on increases of traffic or anything.

i strongly recommend that no-one takes them us for security. i am planning to cancel and get another security company. Lance
