Wors service and company ever

<p>So in December 2014 Chubb came to install my alarm system. After installing the technician told me that they dont have stock of one of the things i needed which cost R1300, so he told me they will contact me when they have stock again and then they will come to install. So i paid the 50% deposit before they came to install and i told him i will pay the rest when they come to install. So i never heard from them again. I did call the technician after that and he told me they dont have stock yet, but they will contact me when they have stock. So now on 1 August they debited my account with R1889 without so much as a phonecall or anything. So i have been struggling since then to get my money back. They NEVER phone me back and when i email them they read it but dont email back. After investigation they also charged me for two of those door magnets which is almost R400 which i also didnt receive. Its been a month and i am absolutely no where and they are not helping me at all. So if ever you are thinking of using CHUBB--- DONT DONT DONT DONT DONT. They are horrible, they dont care that they take your money, the are not paying it back. I feel that they stole that money from me, as they they just debited my account for somehthing I NEVER got. I have asked them to send someone to come show me where they installed that stuff but once again no response. I have also told them that i want to cancel my chubb account, but once again NO RESPONSE. I even made a complaint on their website two weeks ago, NOT ONE PERSON GOT BACK TO ME. So they are quick to steel your money, but then they wont bother helping you when you try to get it back.</p>
