Why are you in business :-(

Horrible experience with you guys, we are even afraid of sleeping in our house that has your alarm system because an intruder will come in knock down our door and probably kill us with out you guys even responding to the panic button. My mother in law was gun down in the yard and we pressed the panic button as these gun men were in the yard , alarm went off and they left . You would have caught them should you responded to distress signal then you say you didn’t get any signal of that Occurrence however the following day you respond to signal that you supposedly said you didn’t receive the previous day. So who’s fooling who here. How do we continue paying for service that doesn’t help you in time of need. The suspected would have been apprehended if you responded to that alarm. And that alone atleast consoled us as a family that just lost a member do to something we don’t even understand. Trauma and lack of service deliver from company that say they’ll deliver is what we had to eat at the end of the day
