Where in the world is National Security and Fire?????

I have been struggling for 3 days to book a Technician. I have phoned all available numbers *** / *** / ***) but it is impossible to get hold of a Technician.

Even the Customer Service department does not answer their phones / phone gets dropped / mail box full.

How do you provide a service to your customers? I'm switching providers!!
