Waste of money

This company is usually non-responsive to emergency calls. Despite using my panic button several times recently when I have been harassed by an aggressive potential intruder, the armed response team have only ever come once to assist. The company usually does not even call me to find out if I need help. I am paying for an armed response service which is non-existent.
