WARNING - Extreme unexceptable response times

During the last 4 months (including the critical December holiday period) their call centre response times on alarm activations deteriorated to such an extent that we received call-back response on alarm activations as late as two hours after the actual activation. It basically made their service totally useless...<br> <br> These response times were not even close to the acceptable time of 1 to maybe 2 minutes (we very used to in the past) and all were longer than 20 minutes during the Dec2014 period.<br> <br> This forced me to cancel my contract with immediate effect based on clear breach of contract due to undeniable inferior service performance resulting in critical risk to our lives and property.<br> <br> They even have the audacity to demand a R342 'removal' fee for the radio and antenna if I do not deliver it to their offices. Ridiculous indeed...!<br> <br> Disgusted.. <br> <br> Rather look at one of the many other security companies in your area...
