Waiting on the call

I've been a client for 6 years and I got two accounts with your company , one at my own home and one for my mother in law. But as time as gone by I can no longer afford both and would like to cancel one , I keep calling your contact centre and the client service person keeps saying they will get back to me and they never do , this is me for a X amount of time waiting on someone to get back to me.

So I hope in this instant someone does.
