VERY SLOW RESPONSE

I am situated at Riverside View Ext 30 in Fourways , Today I received a called from Chubb Call Centre to say my alarm has went off , I requested that they send someone to the house to check it out , it took the arm response 29 minutes to get to my house , in my opinion that is enough time to clean the whole house , what if our life's were in danger ? We have become a laughing stock our neighbors asking why our response takes so long to arrive . I called the Centre again to lay a complain and they kept me holding and sending me from pillar to post. The patrol car is never visible in our area I cannot even remember when was the last time it was seen . The only vehicle visible is ADT which we highly consider signing up with because your rates are high and no service after that .
