very poor service

<p>3 weeks ago a Chubb representative came to my house and represented your services and how Chubb is the number 1 security company. I was sold and I decided to buy your services. After a week of doing follow ups and resending forms twice my application was finally approved. They came and installed the alarm system after 1 week I get a call that they have to terminate my contract as they do not do response in my area anymore as clients in that area don't pay their monthly fees. They came drilled my walls and ceillings, put glue on my wall and now they are telling me this ****. They say I can buy the system but they will not response if the alarm goes off. It was not in my budget to but the system that is why I choose to rent it. I will not recommend the company to anyone.</p>
