Very poor client service

My alarm at home just went off. Armed response came out and left without giving me or my fiance feedback as to why the alarm tripped. We are not at home. When we called in the feedback was that there is a "frog" on the premises. How a frog can trip the sensors inside the house i don't know. What bothers me most is that we did not get any feedback wrt to why the alarm was tripped (had to call in hear to hear whats up) and finding out that the alarm is not armed. We are currently experiencing load shedding however the system is suppose to have a back up battery to cover for this. How can i feel at ease if this is the service that is given. Security is then your business ????
