Very poor!

Pretty poor service which seems to be normal judging from the posts on this site. Went online on 15 August requesting somebody to contact me as a prospective new client. Automated sms received advising that I would be contacted in 24 hours. No response. Phoned them early on 16 August and spoke to Desnay. Assured me that somebody would call me before 12 that day. 15 days later still no response. Begs the question, what response would I get in an emergency? On the face of it t his company obviously does not value my business or their clients.
