Very inefficient and negligent company

This company is very ineffective at dealing with crime. I requested them to patrol my street between 11pm and 4am due to frequent break-in incidents. They never did but reported that they did, not knowing that I was on the street myself from 11pm till 4am. My complaints fell into deaf ears. This happened for 3 consecutive days...request patrol and they don't show up or arrive at 11pm and never show up again. I call their emergency line and waited 6 minutes before going through. I accidentally pressed the panic button and they called me back after 30 minutes and claimed it was shift change over.
