Very disappointed

I cancelled my armed response after receiving bad service from Chubb. Yet I still struggle. I had to ask on various occasions if the cancellation was in fact loaded, and still the debit order went off from my account incorrectly. I still have not received my access keys back after asking more than once. I am very disappointed about the service received from Chubb after being a client for more than 5 years.Quick to sign contract, even quicker to take money, but very slow to provide service. Please return my keys and refund the incorrectly taken debit order
