UTTERLY USELESS IN EVERY CAPACITY.

Utterly useless. Poor response time. Missed alarms and panic alerts. Never call to confirm an emergency. Also the most expensive service provider in the area of randburg.

I have cancelled the account and for 3 months the debit order still went off. The standard excuse is "We did not send you a cancellation confirmation letter". Despite be calling the useless call centre 4 times to get hold of someone who can send me a "cancellation confirmation" letter, I am still waiting.

I fail to see how a useless admin department on their side means I need to reverse the debit order each month at a cost of R20 each time. If they never send me this "cancellation confirmation" letter do I need to pay forever despite them removing the transmitter months ago?
