Utterly Disgusted in the ********* Customer Service

Hi There

My car was knocked last year in February 2020 in Kommetjie by Gugu Ntandazo from National Security. I have submitted all the necessary documentation that their Law Firm Lawcor has requested from me and yet I have not been compensated. Each time I follow up with Lawcor I receive the same Standard answer "I have escalated the matter to Senior Management at National Security and Im waiting on Feedback". This is unacceptable as I have a driving school business and the vehicle damage is ruining my Husband's reputation as an instructor. I need this matter resolved urgently.
