Useless with pathetic after sales service

Thought I was having bad service with ADT but moving to National Security (Chubb) has just proven that they are worse. With ADT I only had issues with armed response, response time, billing issues but National takes the cake. Only a customer for 3 months and already having issues with alarm, call centre's are also useless, alarm goes off for no reason, also goes off when u enter the place and doesn't give you time to even get to the keypad. What makes this worse is that whenever this happens (Almost every second day) call centre calls, you mention to them and then they transfer you to the relevant department and then after a while it gets cut off,has happened several times. Been complaining about the short timing of the alarm and frequent going off for a month and no one has made an effort to call back to even follow up.

Would not recommend them to anyone to be honest.
