Useless National Security

I cancelled my contract end of may 2021 for my months notice due to them always mixing me and my neighbours alarm condition, and also not seeing any patrols lately in our area anymore. So in decided to move to one of the coponies that I often see. It’s now the middle of July and I’m struggling to get credit owed to me back since I paid for the whole year in advance. I haves phoned and and phoned and phoned with excuses from them every time nobody gets back to me. No wonder they are losing customers. Pathetic and I hope many more customers leave
