Useless dispatching centre

<p>we have our security with Chub for a while now. This is now the second time people get into our yard and the dogs notify us and i press the panic button. Normally a security company will phone you and ask if you are ok and tell you someone is on their way. But with Chub nobody bothers to phone us and it takes 15-20min for a team to get out to out property. First incident i pressed the panic at 12:03 thats when they received the notification then only at 12:12 did the dispatch centre send someone out to our property they only arrived here at 12:17. This all got told to me by the guys that were here when the phoned their offices Tonight the same problem people in our yard press the panic and nothing only 10min later someone arrives and he tells us he is sitting a block away from our house? So twice people escape because Chub dispatch centre in *********** and useless and allows *****s to get away. I would like a manager of some sort to get into contact with me as this is so no on!!!! So sick of this</p>
