Useless Customer Service

I have been trying endlessly now to cancel our armed response with this company. I contacted them, and was told to send an email to ***. I get absolutely NO response whatsoever from them. If I get a debit order taken off on the 1st November I will have no choice but to send my Attorneys to them. I am tired of companies always *****ing money but don't take the effort to respond.

I am cancelling because the last few times an alarm was set, they took around an hour to come to the house. In that time, the house can be emptied, and people could be hurt/killed.
