Useless company called national security and fire (chubb)

I signed an application form to join chubb in February 2019 and I did not get any feedback regarding my application. I then called the office mid much to ask about my application I was told it was successful and will be contacted by a technician for a date of installation. In April I contacted the office again was told there is no such name in their systems. After that I kept receiving calls cause they said the alarm went off but I ddnt have an alarm installed. I was told that there might be a mixup with the forms. After a week a technician came with a new form to be completed as he said the first application was lost. In may a technician was sent to install the system. Its been almost three weeks now and still the system is not working but is installed, when u call them they take time to answer and always transfer me to this lady called Anemarie(she is so useless) and what does she do..... Nothing. I am done with this company m having this ****** system removed tommorow!
