Useless company

This *********** company is busy deducting money from my account for months now, I sent an email requesting them to cancel the order and subscription from the 1st month. They stopped deduction for a month or so then are starting again and it's affecting my credit score and credit application. Fix this nonsense or I will go to Ombudsman for consumer protection act.
