Useless administration
<p>I have been a customer with Chubb for 4 years now, in that time I have attempted to obtain a statement of account to be sent to me on a monthly basis. How can this be so difficult, to date after numerous promises I still do not receive a monthly statement from CHUBB. It's ridiculous.</p>
