USELESS!
Tried phoning chubb customer care 4 times!! Phone puts you in a queue and when you finally get to the front (after around 10min)they either hang up (happened 2 times) or transfer you to the relevant department so that they can hang up on you! 4th time I timed the call for 32min and still I have not spoken to anyone who can help me!??<br> Seriously, i think its the worst call centre ever, even worse than Telkom and until today I thought that would be impossible!
