Unreliable Security for higher fees

More likely a Zero rating. I was with Apcan Security and had peace of mind for safety in my home. The merger has caused great concern with National's incompetence, tardiness dont care attitude. I requested more visibility in our area yesterday as the ********* are taking over Florida. First the control room operator cannot hear me. After about an hour we discover an ADT response guard trying to climb over the gate. So I call National and explain the situation and the lady asks me to hold on. I waited 6 (six) minutes and nobody reverted. She did not even bother to call back. This so called Security company is a high risk. Not only do the not respond to alarms going off but if you lucky a guard will arrive an hour after such alarm. I try not to go out anymore because I am scared for theft. They increased their fees due to fuel levy but i have never seen them in our area. I also know most of their response guards have left to take up employment with other security companies. APCAN and their teams were the best. NATIONAL A DISGRACE
