Unreliable alarm and crazy charges that go up every year for bad service

Alarm system was not functional from day 1 it was going off on its own without being triggered.i asked for a technician, he never came then I canceled it after a few months now they want me to pay for the months that I stopped the debit order yet the alarm wasn't mulfunctioning and not in use
